Meetings begin at 7 pm in the City Council Chambers, located on the second floor of the Municipal Building at 441 Market Street.
Board meetings are aired via cablecast
on municipal channel 6 (WSPS), and
tapings are recast during the week.

Citizens wishing to address the Board can sign up for an Early Appearance (topic must already appear on agenda) by 12 noon on the Wednesday before a board meeting. Citizens can sign up for a Late Appearance (topic on agenda or other matters) by 5 p.m. the day of the board meeting. In all cases, speakers are limited to 5 minutes. Early Appearances are limited to a total of 30 minutes worth of speakers. Call the Clerk of the Board at 925-6752.
